ServiceTitan competitors

For everyone who got the quote and laughed.

ServiceTitan is quote-only and priced per technician: third-party reports put it at about $245 to $500 per tech a month, plus $5,000 to $15,000 or more to implement, on an annual contract. That is excellent value at thirty trucks and hard to justify at three. The practical ServiceTitan competitors for small and mid crews are Linq, Jobber, Housecall Pro, Workiz, Service Fusion and FieldPulse. Here is what each costs and who should stay put.

What ServiceTitan costs

Quote-based, fleet-shaped.

ServiceTitan publishes no prices (servicetitan.com/pricing says "request pricing" on all three plans: Starter, Essentials and The Works). Third-party reports from customers put it at about $245 to $300 per tech a month on Starter, $300 to $400 on Essentials and $400 to $500 on The Works.

On top: implementation of roughly $5,000 to $15,000 for a small or mid shop, an annual contract with seat minimums, no self-serve trial, and three to six months to be fully live. Optional Pro modules add about $50 to $150 per user a month. Treat every figure here as an estimate; your quote is the real number.

ServiceTitan questions

How much does ServiceTitan cost?

ServiceTitan is quote-only. Third-party reports put it at about $245 to $500 per technician a month depending on the plan, plus about $5,000 to $15,000 or more for implementation, on an annual contract.

Who are ServiceTitan's biggest competitors?

Is Linq a good fit after a ServiceTitan quote?
