Add-ons sold separately
The AI that answers is its own line.
Genius Phone (the business line, call tracking, two-way texting and call flows), Genius Answering (AI that answers calls and messages in English, Spanish and French) and Genius Marketing are all marked "sold separately", with no price shown.
The structural catch: the AI that books your after-hours calls is the feature you least want priced as an extra, because the busy season is when you need it most.

Third-party numbers, not Workiz list prices.

| Extra users | About $55 to $65 each | None inside your seat count |
Workiz estimates are from 2026 third-party reviews (tooleduppro.com, fieldproxy.ai), and at least one still uses older plan names. Get a written quote that lists base, users, phone and AI separately, then compare the total.

When Workiz is worth it
When your leads come through the pipes.
Workiz connects Angi, Thumbtack, Yelp and Reserve with Google, and Google Local Services bookings flow into its booking portal. If most of your work comes from those sources, the integrations can pay for the stack. That is the honest case for Workiz, and if it is yours, take it.
The flat-price comparison
Published, flat, answering included.
The other structure: a price on the page, one monthly bill, flat monthly, no per-user fees inside your seat count, and the 24/7 AI receptionist on Growth and up. Head-to-head: Linq vs Workiz.
